A workplace designed for different ways of working

The redesign offers a variety of work settings to support the team’s different activities. Open workstations, private offices, an acoustic booth, collaborative spaces and meeting rooms provide environments suited to focused work, collaboration and conversation. The large conference room plays a central role in the workplace, providing a key gathering space for members, partners and international collaborators.

Spaces that bring people together

Common areas are designed as genuine social spaces within the workplace. The kitchen, café and lounge areas provide more informal settings that encourage spontaneous interaction and complement the meeting spaces. Together, these environments make the workplace a point of connection for IFALPA’s teams and international community.

A warm, understated interior identity

The interior design takes a contemporary approach that reflects IFALPA’s identity without relying on literal references to aviation. Light wood, neutral tones and terracotta accents create a warm palette, structured by contrasting black elements. Organically patterned carpets, greenery, built-in furniture and decorative lighting bring texture and character to the spaces, while glazed partitions enhance natural light and visual connections.
