Our story
Driven since 2001 by a shared vision and a constant desire to innovate, STGM evolves through the landmark projects it delivers and the growing expertise that strengthens its know-how.
STGM is, above all, the story of a partnership and a shared vision.
In 2001, Dominique St-Gelais and Jean-Yves Montminy combined their strengths to create Saint-Gelais Montminy – a firm built on professionalism, quality, and a commitment to the common good.
Over the years, STGM has grown by welcoming new leadership : Stephan Langevin (2004) and Michel Gingras (2007) joined the the management team, helping to structure the firm and shape its identity.
Milestones that shaped our evolution
The École nationale de police du Québec (2005) marked STGM’s first major project, followed by the opening of the Montreal offices (2008), the LEED Platinum-certified Québec City offices (2015), and the Voltigeurs de Québec Armoury (2018) – a symbol of the firm’s excellence and rigor.
