Fostering health, collaboration, and performance

The well-being of occupants is at the heart of our approach. We design environments that encourage collaboration, support physical and mental health, and offer engaging workplace experiences.

Our team also includes specialists in activity-based work environments (ABW), who guide the design of workplaces adapted to different tasks, rhythms, and modes of collaboration. Biophilia, acoustics, active design, the quality of atmospheres, and overall comfort shape work environments that support well-being and the evolving nature of work.

An approach guided by WELL criteria

We integrate the principles and criteria of the WELL© certification, focusing on elements such as air and water quality, natural light, acoustics, thermal comfort, and social connection.

Our approach is also grounded in sustainable development. Whenever possible, we prioritize the transformation and optimization of existing environments to limit demolition and reduce construction waste. The reuse of furniture, lighting, and architectural elements is an integral part of our process, helping reduce the environmental footprint of projects while valuing existing resources.

These considerations enable the creation of healthy, sustainable, and deeply human environments, benefiting organizations and their teams.
