This project reflects the integrated expertise of our team, bringing together design, architecture, and strategy to create an environment true to Cain Lamarre Avocats’ identity.

Located on Grande Allée in Québec City, this new space expresses the firm’s presence across the Quebec territory. Natural materials and light—evoking landscapes—play a central role, giving the space an atmosphere that is both understated and vibrant.

The 16-foot ceiling height and large windows on three façades open the space to the city and allow abundant daylight to flood in. Indirect lighting highlights the whitewashed concrete structure, diffusing light and reinforcing the sense of opennes.

The interior layout was designed to promote collective well-being. Enclosed offices, grouped at the center, allow light to circulate freely to the heart of the space. Open work areas line the windows and benefit from constant natural light, creating an environment conducive to both collaboration and concentration.

The use of natural materials, the emphasis on light, and the integration of thoughtfully developed environmental strategies reflect a genuine commitment to sustainability. The project expresses an approach in which beauty, responsibility, and comfort coexist in balance.

Visible from Grande Allée, the mezzanine stands out as a suspended wooden volume, housing meeting rooms in a warm and refined atmosphere. This strong architectural gesture reflects the intention to create a space that is representative, welcoming, and sustainable.
