A major milestone within a developing complex

The Desjardins Tower is the first of five buildings born from the collaboration between Montoni and STGM Architecture within CentrOparc Mascouche. As a flagship project, it reflects the area’s mixed-use vision—blending business spaces, green areas, and industrial facilities—and contributes to the emerging architectural identity of this new district.

An architecture rooted in its environment

Rooted in the CentrOparc Phase 1 design language, the building expresses a balance between cohesion and individuality. Its dynamic façade, abundant glazing, and carefully selected exterior materials ensure seamless integration into its surroundings while asserting a distinct architectural presence.

A dialogue between continuity and singularity

While each building in the ensemble has its own character, the Desjardins Tower embodies the shared design vocabulary that unites the development. Through its refined geometry and interplay of light and texture, it reinforces STGM’s vision of architecture as a dialogue between place, identity, and collective coherence.
