Our Practices / Transportation

Designing the sustainable mobility of tomorrow

At STGM, architecture plays a key role in transforming transportation infrastructure. Working closely with our partners, we design projects that support sustainable mobility, enhance the user experience, and accompany the evolution of operational practices.

Major structuring projects: infrastructure in service of communities

Large-scale public transit projects are powerful drivers of urban and social development. From the earliest planning phases, our teams contribute to scenario evaluation, the definition of functional criteria, and the integration of infrastructure within its context.

From the design of stations and intermodal hubs to interdisciplinary coordination, we strive to create safe, well-integrated spaces that align with existing networks and respond to user needs.

Electrification projects to supporting the transition of transportation infrastructure

The electrification of transportation is profoundly transforming maintenance facilities and operating models. STGM supports transit authorities through this transition by integrating requirements related to charging, maintenance, and battery management directly into the architectural design process.

Accustomed to working within existing buildings and navigating an evolving regulatory framework, our team delivers tailored, safe, and scalable solutions that contribute to infrastructure modernization and the reduction of environmental impact.

Airport expertise

STGM also works in the airport sector through large-scale, complex projects.

Our interventions aim to improve circulation flow, passenger capacity, and inter-modality, while ensuring seamless integration between road networks, public transit, and airport facilities.

Here, architecture becomes a structuring tool to enhance the passenger experience and support the growth of airport platforms.

Our team

With over 30 years of experience in transportation, our team draws on collaboration, innovation, and expertise to design and coordinate major public infrastructure projects.
