When interior design extends the architectural intent
A new residential tower embodying a contemporary urban lifestyle, shaped by a holistic interior design approach.
Boulevard Laurier will soon welcome a distinctive 23-storey residential tower, developed by Acero Immobilier. This large-scale project will feature 150 high-end apartments, designed to meet the expectations of contemporary urban living.
Our team was mandated to deliver the complete interior design of the multi-residential building, encompassing both the shared amenity spaces and the residential units. This comprehensive scope aimed to translate the project’s initial vision into interior environments that are cohesive, functional, and enduring—aligned with the everyday needs of residents.
The mandate includes the design and execution of all common areas, such as the lobby, lounge, pool, rooftop terrace, and a chef’s kitchen reserved for residents, as well as the development of the apartment model units. Each space was conceived as an integral component of the residential experience, fostering comfort, social interaction, and overall quality of life.
Particular attention was given to circulation, spatial clarity, and the creation of warm, inviting atmospheres. Through a thoughtful interplay of volumes, light, and materials, the interiors offer elegant and welcoming spaces designed to stand the test of time.
Through this project, our approach to interior design is fully expressed: a rigorous yet sensitive process, dedicated to delivering a residential experience that is coherent, human-centered, and firmly rooted in its context.
