Graphic design as a guiding experience

In the new offices, integrated graphic design becomes a tool for experience and communication, enhancing work areas while reinforcing the visual identity. A line dotted with pictograms creates visual continuity across the entire floor, acting both as a guiding thread and a horizon line, bringing the drawn elements to life. Some depict an active cityscape, while others intuitively indicate the function of different spaces.

Large glass surfaces required safety signage. They were also used to identify meeting rooms, combining protection, clarity, and aesthetics. In the meeting room, a frosted film at mid-height ensures privacy while allowing natural light to pass through, balancing comfort and functionality.

Culture and participation: spaces that unite

The designed visual language reflects the organization’s culture and strengthens the sense of belonging. To further enrich thi s approach, an internal contest invited teams to propose room names, encouraging collective participation. Spaces now carry evocative names such as “Active,” “Collective,” “Electric,” celebrating the creativity and engagement of everyone involved.
