Spaces that learn with us
A place where learning is built collectively, supported by spaces that evolve with the rhythm of activities and foster exchange, curiosity, and collaboration.
Affirming Vision, Strengthening Belonging
At the heart of Pomerleau’s head office, the graphic design and signage project for the PX³ training center was carried out as part of a broader transformation of the workplace aimed at integrating the future training center. Conceived as a lever for engagement, the intervention integrates seamlessly into the existing work environment while introducing a stimulating sense of contrast to everyday use. To support the architectural concept and enrich the ongoing work, spatial graphics were developed to reflect the brand identity and strengthen the employer brand.
Design as a Vector for Knowledge Transfer
Deployed throughout the various spaces, the graphic elements were designed to support learning, facilitate gatherings, affirm corporate culture, and encourage healthy lifestyle habits. Illustrations, slogans, 3D lettering, murals, and installations were strategically integrated into key areas, including the reception area, conference rooms, and dining space.
A true centerpiece of the layout, the tiered seating functions as a space for presentation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. It encourages exchange, knowledge transfer, and active participation among the group.
The creation of a mural featuring imagery from the organization, combined with bilingual displays of corporate values, clearly affirms the vision, strengthens staff engagement, and fosters a strong sense of belonging. Beyond their aesthetic quality, these interventions have demonstrated their effectiveness in supporting collective engagement.
Large-Scale Deployment
The spatial graphics concept laid the foundation for the PX³ project. The rigor of the process, the coherence of the interventions, and the quality of the results led to an expanded mandate for the signage and branding of all PX³ spaces across Canada.
