A Transformation Designed at the Scale of the Place

As part of the 2017 expansion, an integrated and collaborative design approach guided the transformation of the retail space. Department organization, custom-designed shelving and sales furniture, as well as improved circulation, were all developed with method and a strong focus on user experience. Every decision aimed to deliver a fluid, intuitive, and sustainable environment.

To support wayfinding, a complete family of pictograms was developed to clearly identify services—floral design, dining, checkouts, and more. A playful touch punctuates the journey, with restroom pictograms adorned with gardening hats and accessories. The integration of wood species further reinforces visual continuity across the entire signage system.
