Created for CSSDM, the signage project was designed to evolve with the rhythm of school life. Built on a flexible, durable system with modular and removable components, it allows messages to be updated easily and independently. Adaptable to new uses or changing needs, it maintains a consistent visual identity while remaining practical and easy to manage.

True to CSSDM’s graphic universe, the design combines institutional clarity with a touch of playfulness. Fluid curves, the distinctive double line, and a vibrant color palette — one per floor — make navigation intuitive and bring energy to the spaces. Subtle, well-integrated illustrations add warmth and accessibility, reflecting the inclusive spirit of the educational environment.

Large wall murals along the corridors celebrate the memory and impact of Quebec’s educational pioneers. The project pays tribute to inspiring women such as Laure Gaudreault, Thérèse Baron, and Cécile G. Grenier, whose commitment helped transform generations of students’ experiences. Their presence reminds us that education is, above all, a story of courage, knowledge sharing, and equality.
