STGM led the complete renovation of the interior spaces and façades of the Best Western hotel, located in the historic Saint-Roch district of Old Quebec.

The project, carried out in three distinct phases, transformed the hotel into a more welcoming and community-connected space, notably through the addition of a street-facing bistro and a redesigned contactless reception area. This intervention combines technical upgrades, heritage enhancement, and contemporary design.
