STGM carried out an exemplary conservation intervention on Villa Cataraqui, a neoclassical gem listed as a heritage site by the Government of Quebec. Through rigorous analysis and in-depth iconographic research, the team designed a new tinned copper roof that respects traditional techniques while integrating innovative solutions to enhance thermal performance. This project ensures the building’s longevity for decades to come, while preserving its architectural identity.
