A living environment rooted in identity

Located in the Bois-Franc neighborhood of Ville Saint-Laurent, theSquare Norsemanproject offers a unique residential setting inspired by traditional Dutch architecture. In tribute to the creator of the Norseman aircraft, the homes reflect the compact and rhythmic character of Dutch cities: narrow volumes of two or three stories, fully clad in masonry, punctuated by numerous windows, and topped with steep gables reaching toward the sky.

These repeated volumes vary in color and architectural detail, creating a cohesive and vibrant ensemble. The neighborhood is designed to foster a strong sense of community, with a central park as a gathering space and proximity to essential services and the future REM Bois-Franc station.

A commitment to sustainable development

Beyond its distinctive architectural identity, Square Norseman embodies a responsible vision of urban living. The project is built on sustainable design principles, using high-performance materials, efficient energy management, and environmentally conscious strategies.

Certified LEED® Silver in 2023, the development reflects a concrete commitment to environmental quality and long-term sustainability. This approach enhances comfort for residents while adding value to the community and the surrounding area.
