These 60,000 sq. ft. cross-dock facilities, including 7,500 sq. ft. of office space and 80 loading doors, reflects a forward-thinking approach to logistics. Carefully positioned on the site, the buildings preserves the natural landscape while minimizing their impact on local wildlife.
The facilities support clean and efficient operations through the exclusive use of electric forklifts and the integration of 50 truck charging stations. Designed to maximize natural light, the buildings offer a bright, healthy, and highly functional work environment.
