Projects / Morrin Centre
Heritage building rehabilitation: code compliance, electromechanical integration, interior restoration, and cultural space enhancement.
The project, divided into two phases, first involved developing an intervention concept to bring the building up to code in line with its new purpose, and designing a concept for integrating new electromechanical systems, including a fire protection system. In the second phase, the project focused on the complete restoration of the interiors and the integration of new layouts to support the operation of a welcome and interpretation center, as well as the reactivation of the library that has occupied the site since 1888.
