With a total area of 1,500 m², the single-storey building accommodates eight emergency vehicles, including a pumper truck, a tanker truck, a supply unit, and several support vehicles, ensuring a rapid and efficient response to the sector’s needs.

A clear and efficient architectural concept

The concept developed by the STGM+CCM2 consortium is based on a functional separation of spaces, expressed volumetrically through a difference in height between the garage and the living areas. This approach enables smooth operational flow while providing a work environment tailored to the realities of the personnel.

A restrained and confident aesthetic

The building stands out through its simple, streamlined architecture. Black aluminum cladding, punctuated with silver accents and large glazed surfaces, gives the fire station a contemporary and robust presence. The entrances, highlighted by wood volumes that extend into the interior, create a warm transition between the exterior and the living spaces.

Spaces designed for everyday life

Inside, the layout maximizes functionality and comfort. The garage benefits from generous glazing that brings in natural light and offers views of the surrounding rural landscape. Offices and meeting rooms are positioned at the front of the building for optimal accessibility, while the lounge and kitchen areas are located at the rear, preserving the privacy of personnel. Light finishes and white surfaces contribute to a calm and soothing atmosphere.
