Building above existing infrastructure
Located directly above the Longueuil–Université-de-Sherbrooke metro station, the project features a commercial podium, two residential towers, and an underground parking facility, designed in continuity with neighboring buildings to strengthen urban vitality and connectivity in the area.
The 436 parking spaces for future users are distributed across three underground levels located beneath Place Charles-Le Moyne. This strategic positioning addresses the constraints related to the presence of the tunnel and metro infrastructure.
Phase 1 of the project includes the construction of the underground parking, the podium, and Tower A. The underground levels also accommodate part of the residential storage, with 1,026 lockers distributed between the two towers. Phase 2 involves the construction of Tower B, completing the residential complex.
