Maintaining care, without compromise

Faced with increased pressure on hospital capacity, the temporary complex at Anna-Laberge Hospital was designed as an agile extension, able to respond quickly to needs while ensuring continuity of care. Directly connected to the clinical core, it brings together a care unit, a short-stay hospitalization unit and an intervention sector, all designed to effectively support both staff and patients.

Clarity, comfort and efficiency

Behind a simple architectural expression, the project prioritizes legibility and accessibility. A bold accent colour clearly marks the entrance, improving wayfinding. Inside, particular attention is given to atmosphere: warm materials and controlled lighting help soften the clinical environment and create a calm, reassuring setting—even in urgent contexts.

Building fast, designing with precision

Delivered on an accelerated schedule, the project demonstrates that speed can coexist with rigor and sensitivity. Every decision is guided by the need to support staff working conditions and ensure a smooth, safe and dignified care experience.
