This project involves the construction of a new 1,700 m² building over two levels, dedicated to a comprehensive and integrated healthcare offering. From the outset, the goal was to create a functional, clear, and welcoming environment for both patients and staff.

The ground floor brings together complementary services to the medical clinic, including a pharmacy and medication storage, offices for physiotherapy and chiropractic professionals, administrative spaces, and technical rooms. A 16-seat conference room and employee break areas complete this level, supporting collaboration and workplace well-being.

Upstairs, the medical clinic is organized around fluid and distinct circulation paths, with two waiting areas, a central reception zone, and specialized spaces including physicians’ offices, consultation and surgery rooms, as well as support and technical areas.

An in-depth analysis of medical practices informed the layout of the spaces. 3D modeling enabled precise functional adjustments, while collaboration with ergonomics experts ensured comfort, efficiency, and long-term performance of the environments.
